1. The service
Trantore provides cloud software for point of sale, inventory, purchasing, customer management and reporting, accessed through the web dashboard and the Trantore mobile app (the “Service”). “You” means the business that subscribes and every staff account it creates.
2. Accounts and authorised use
- The Service is a staff-only tool. Only people your business authorises may hold an account.
- Each staff member must keep their password and PIN confidential. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
- Your business administrator is responsible for creating, changing and deactivating staff accounts and their roles.
- You are responsible for all activity under your accounts. Important actions are recorded in an audit log.
3. Plans, fees and the free month
- Each plan (Basic, Standard, Premium) has a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription, shown in GHS on our pricing page. The exact amount for your plan is shown before you pay.
- The one-time setup fee is paid at checkout. Your business account is created once payment is confirmed.
- Your first month of use is free. The monthly subscription applies from the end of the free month.
- Plan limits (number of branches and staff accounts) apply as described for each plan.
- Prices may change. Changes apply to future charges only and are announced in advance.
4. Renewal, the grace period and freezing
- Subscriptions renew monthly. You renew from Billing in your dashboard using card or mobile money via Paystack. Renewals extend from your current end date.
- We send reminders before and after your renewal date.
- If a renewal is not paid, you have a 7-day grace period after the due date.
- Accounts are frozen 7 days after a missed renewal until you resubscribe. While frozen, staff cannot sell or manage stock; your business administrator can still sign in and pay.
- Freezing never deletes your data. Access is restored as soon as payment is confirmed.
5. Upgrades
You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time by paying the difference in the one-time fee; your monthly subscription then follows the new plan. Once upgraded, there is no downgrade.
6. Payments
Payments to Trantore, and card or mobile money payments your customers make at your tills, are processed by Paystack. Your business is responsible for reconciling cash and card transactions daily and for any taxes due on your sales.
7. Your data
- You own the data you put into Trantore. Each business's data is isolated from every other business.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the product, stock, price and sales data your staff enter.
- How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful trade, attempt to access another business's data, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available at all times and provide support open 24/7 — every day, all day at 050 737 9051 and trantoreerp@gmail.com. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a business that breaches these terms, after notice where practical. You may stop using the Service at any time; fees already paid are handled under our Refund Policy.
11. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Trantore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
